3. Tuxes have been fitted during class this last week!
**Tuxes this year include Coat,pant, and tie. Students will need to purchase their own white collared dress shirt.**
4. Click on the order form button and submit your size.
Payment
There are 4 options to pay for your uniforms.
1. Cash - Please place cash in an envelope with student name and labeled as "TUX" or "DRESS"
2. Check - checks can be made out to FMPA. Please place in an envelope with student name & "TUX" or "DRESS"
**Please have your student deliver the envelope to our FMPA boxes located in each of our classrooms**
3. Credit Card - Click the button Below
4. Returning students can use available money in their FMPA accounts.

Chamber Vest: $35
Vests are for members in
Chamber members. Vests will be Red!
